after inspection by HOA board/pool committee member. - No smoking, tobacco products, or alcoholic beverages allowed. - No pets allowed on clubhouse property or pool area. - Clubhouse must be left clean, and furniture placed in original location. Damages or cleaning that exceeds the deposit will be charged to the homeowner. - All food, drink, and personal items must be removed after event. - All trash must be removed by the homeowner making the reservation. - Air conditioner/heater and lights must be returned to proper settings after event. - Lock doors and return key after use. |
